Dr. Manish Prasad, popularly known as SocialManish, is a dedicated development professional with over 15 years of experience working with communities, focusing on development initiatives for marginalised groups. He is UGC-NET qualified and holds a doctorate in social sciences, which underpins his passion for enhancing education and skills at the grassroots level.

Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Veer Kunwar Singh University, Dr. Prasad has also founded multiple educational institutions in Bihar, aiming to provide quality education and skill development opportunities to students.

An esteemed alumni of S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Dr. Prasad earned his PGDM there, alongside a post-graduate diploma from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai. His diverse expertise makes him a valuable asset to any organisation or community committed to advancing education and capacity building.

Dr. Manish Prasad holds life memberships in prestigious organisations such as the Indian Sociological Society, the Indian Society for Professional Social Work, the National Association of Professional Social Workers in India, and the Indian Society for Training & Development. He serves as a Scholar Member of the Rajasthan Sociological Association and a Board Member of the Maya Academy of Advanced Creativity, Patna, and the Ram Vilas Singh 10+2 Public School. As the Founder and Director of the Shaheed Vidyanand Singh Industrial Training Institute and the Founder Chairman of the NICE Society, he equips youth with vocational skills for sustainable livelihoods. He is also the District Convener of the Collective Coalition Against Human Trafficking in Patna, the Chartered President of the Lions Club International Foundation, and leads social justice, education, and community welfare initiatives.
